Quote by Abraham Lincoln

You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.

You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.

You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.

You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.

You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence.

You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves.

Abraham Lincoln

Pelican Planters

The Children's Garden at Pelican Marsh Elementary

A beautiful drawings from the 2nd grade students at Pelican Marsh Elementary school who helped harvest organic vegetables, which were donated to local emergency food pantries. Next year they plan on expanding the garden to allow both 2nd and 3rd grade students to participate, nearly 300 students in all! We're so happy to be a part of this lessons on self sufficiency.
